What is included with membership? Both monthly and annual memberships include access to research reports, weekly webinars, Straight from the Chart updates, Tech Speak 101 education modules, report archives, and member support.
Is there a difference between monthly and annual membership? No. Both options include the same access and benefits. Annual membership simply offers a lower cost over the course of the year.
Do you offer discounts? We do not offer discounts or promotional pricing. We believe in treating all members fairly and providing the same pricing and experience to everyone. Our focus is on delivering consistent value through timely research, weekly webinars, ongoing updates, and member support. For those considering membership, we are happy to schedule a live demonstration of the platform so you can better understand the experience before joining.
Can I purchase access to just one report or the weekly webinar? At this time, we do not offer individual reports or webinar-only access. While most members do not use every report or resource all the time, the work is designed to build on itself — with the weekly webinar, reports, notes, and updates all working together to provide a more complete view of the market. We also strongly believe membership should be simple and inclusive. Rather than constantly asking members to upgrade or pay extra for additional features, we prefer to provide one membership that gives everyone full access to the entire suite of offerings.
Are there any additional fees? No. Membership includes access to all reports, webinars, blog content, educational materials, and member support. There are no hidden fees or add-on charges.
When and how often are reports published? Our research is published throughout the week according to our weekly research cadence. We begin the week with The Sector Edge, followed by Charted Market Insights, The Chart Check, and The Stock Pulse. We also publish ongoing updates in Straight from the Chart and host our weekly Charted Line webinar every Wednesday.
What if I miss the webinar? If you are unable to attend the live webinar, recordings and AI-generated summaries are posted afterward in the subscriber dashboard so you can quickly catch up on what you missed.
Can I search old reports? Yes. The subscriber dashboard includes report archives and a search function, allowing you to search for specific topics, sectors, stocks, ETFs, or company names.
How do I submit questions? Members can submit questions before the weekly webinar using the form located in the Charted Line section of the subscriber dashboard. Questions can also be submitted during the live webinar using Zoom chat or Q&A. If those functions are blocked by your organization, you can email questions to info@suttmeiertechnicals.com.
Will I receive email alerts? Yes. Members receive email alerts when new research reports, webinar reminders, and important updates are published. You may also choose to opt in to additional alerts for Straight from the Chart blog posts.
Can I cancel my membership? You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. For monthly memberships, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For annual memberships, cancellation will result in a prorated refund based on the number of unused full months remaining in your term. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
Can I upgrade from monthly to annual? Yes. Members can contact info@suttmeiertechnicals.com at any time if they would like to move from a monthly plan to an annual membership.
Can I request a live demo? Yes. We are happy to schedule a live demonstration of the platform for prospective members who would like a closer look at the dashboard, research process, webinar structure, and member experience.
Do you offer trial memberships? Yes. We are happy to offer either a one-week trial membership or access to one of our weekly webinars so you can get a feel for our process and approach. Please schedule a demo with us and we can get you started.
How many users are included in my membership? Memberships are intended for individual use. Each member receives their own login, dashboard access, webinar participation, and email alerts. If multiple people on your team would like access, please contact us about the best membership option for your organization.
